GRUET SAUVAGE BLANC DE BLANCS
Gruet continues to produce high quality, value driven Champagne style wines out of New Mexico. This Blanc de Blancs (meaning Chardonnay only) is bone dry with delicate, persistant bubbles. The nose is fruit forward with citrus and green apple notes that are mirrored on the palate. Bright acidity and a delicate, but firm structure make this sparkler a great companion to sushi and shelfish.

FESS PARKER, THE BIG EASY
This Syrah out of Santa Barbara, CA offers firm, full structure with great weight and depth of flavor. Blueberry and blackberry notes are bolstered by rich flavors of vanilla spice and mocha all coming together in a long, peppery finish.

TRUCHARD MERLOT
This wine from Carneros is an elegant, graceful example of the Merlot varietal. The nose is bright and welcoming with plenty of blueberry and cranberry fruit with hints of dried mint and cedar. The palate is smooth and full with thick, chewy tannins and lush flavors of pomegranate, plum and cherry preserves with a sweet and spicy vanillin finish.

CATENA MALBEC, HIGH MOUNTAIN VINES
Wines give attention to fruit from high altitude because these vines are stressed, resulting in grapes with more intense flavor, structure and complexity. A deep ruby-purple in color, this wine is equally intense in it’s bouquet. Purple and blue fruit notes are matched with a strong oakiness and hints of pepper and dried flowers in the finish. The tannins are fine and the acidity is bright, making this an ideal wine to pair with roasted meats.
